Only appraisal or incentives are good which is fine but if I am not able to take breath then what does mean of that moeny.
I got appraisal,hike and permotion but trust me I am become mad now and coming out from this situation.

I worked as Area sales manager in policybazaar.com . I spend my 3.5 yr in this company . i am writing this review to help others, In this company you will not able to breath , there is no public holiday and no leaves (eg. holi, diwali, republic day , independence day. etc) any type of holiday is not given in this company . You have to work 10-12 hours a day to meet your sales target on hourly wise. leaders are so rude shouting on you torture you on meet call if your sales is not done. you will screw your life if you join this organization.

I tell you my work in following steps.
1. Open latpop at 8.30 from home - assign leads to RM' Who is good or bad as per their past performance due to require every day booking.
2. need to get ready for office and have to reach at 9.30 sharp, not a single minute late else have to give genuine explanation with proof and then share your selfie from office at 9.30 only.
3. Join meet call with camera open at 9.30 and give Target for FTD and for next two hours from 10 -12. (Target should like if I have 9 RM's then I have to do 9 nop's at any cost)
4. Now check mail box and if any operation department raise query like any customer is not giving documents, not picking up call for policy issuance or raised request for cancellation..etc.. these all revert from team leader only and take follow up from RM and if he is not free then wait and remind him again and then revert on mail team and if you do not revert then your senior will tagged into mail and he will take your class immediately. (Sometime I thought am in sales team or operation team?)
4. Now if any RM's having any issues whether it's related to laptop , admin or won voucher rewards after target completing target , only team leader have to take follow up on this , no RM' S allow to mail.
5. Now it's time to give Target vs achievement at 12 pm. I don't when I will get freed to talk RM'S on sales. Anyway if I achieve targett then I am lucky but I do not achieve my target in last 2 hour then have to get torture by senior. And now again I have to give target from 12 -3.
6 . All above steps will repeated again and no time for thinking about your personal life and if target are not matching thene they will ask you to sit on meet call with open camera.
7 . Now let's suppose we reach at 7 pm evening. Now after listening hourly wise,. I have to give full day target vs achievement. If achieve good and if it's not achieve...then you guys understood.
So this process happen there on a daily basis. If you achive 10 lakh then again tomorrow morning you are zero. So valu what you have done in previous and forget about what you have done in last month they even not cared what you have done yesterday.
Also , if by the god grace if your reporting manager become your supportive then he will start getting warning e-mail and his image will become the below of RM/FLS.
Many things I have not even to explain here so I have not written down here but 60-70% of working style have been explained by me.
