This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

Honestly if you're fresher you like organization for 6 month then there is nothing to like, my own experiences with policy bazaar was horrible like ruined my creer, lack of emphasise, lack of work life balance and most important mental health. They hire one person named team coach they responsibility is to make sure not stable metal health of employee under them

They have nothing to do with employees dedication or work, Hiring and firing ratio is highest in Corporate industry HR is always ready to fire you and trust me 80% will resigned before higher but those who decide to fought against culture 20% will fire then by HR

Thrs nothing to like bcz it’s all pressure and torcher in this organisation and no proper holiday for festivals and govt holidays all we have to work everyday And customer will be scolding when we call on holidays and festivals and this organisation is torcher customer calling every day for sales purpose.. so it’s all toxic and one of the toxic company

They will torcher the agents and if they are dying for illness also they should come to office. I am writing to express my concern regarding the rejection of my application to rejoin Policy Bazaar. I had previously worked with the company for 11 months, but due to critical family issues, I had to resign. I had informed my team leader at the time that I intended to rejoin the company once my family issues were resolved. Unfortunately, upon my reapplication after a gap of two months, my manager rejected my application. I was taken aback by this rejection, and it has been distressing to face harassment from certain individuals. After a gap of 1.5 years, I again applied to rejoin the company. However, my application was rejected once more by Mohammad Murshid Alam (PW02716), my previous team leader. His response was not only disappointing but also unprofessional, as he stated, "Maine uska approval reject kr diya h apne personal resion se m bhi dekhta hu kaise join kr pati h." I am struggling to understand the reason behind this personal vendetta against me. My experience with Policy Bazaar was positive, and I had received assurances from my colleagues and team leader that I would be welcomed back. I would like to bring to your attention that according to the company policy, an agent who serves the notice period can rejoin after 3 months. However, I am being denied this opportunity due to the actions of Mohammad Murshid Alam (PW02716). I request you to look into this matter and provide me with a fair opportunity to rejoin the company.
