A very reputed educational institutions with high standards of work policy. But everything is in the hands of school Principal. Some of them very good & caring for the staffs. But few Principal s are terribly horrible & make the life's of the teachers miserable & nobody is allowed to contact the HR & nobody comes down to see what's happening. Main problem is if your health gets issues at any stage this Principal asks you to resign the job. There are Principal in whose term 31 teachers resigned in 4 years and nobody is bothered to ask what is happening. Otherwise very good institution....Read More

Dislikes

No security, respect & no dignity of labour in Mangalore Podar. Even when there are floods, heavy rain, strikes or any other calamities or disasters teachers should go to school. No welfare is seen. For all farewells etc. they collect money even if strict rules are there not to collect money.
