Nothing.The principal is a puppet of admin department. I wish things will change of new principal comes and if she is a female . The admin himself believe to be the Principal of the school and everyone in admin including principal is a money eater. The company gives all the the things and on Christmas they got good amount of money but children were given only 5 rs chocolate.All the money is eaten and distributed among accountant,transport,admin and principal and sports teacher I guess very worst practice. Working in Podar is just like sticking to something. Doesn't matter how much you work you won't get any response from management unless you know how to butter. 8 hours of working is compulsory.

Dislikes

In Podar salary and appraisals at not good. They are ready to offer handsome salary whie joining but after that increment is worse. No gazzated holiday or festival (like Eid or other small festival) applicable for office employees. No half-day even (no weekend available) on single Saturday. Leave (like EL) encashment for office employees is on half-day basis. Neither any transport facility. It's working day for you even on Bands(Bharat Band)....Read More

It's a good place for overall enhancement of one's skills and knowledge under the guidance of skilled and experienced management.Fair appraisal and proper salary hike is being managed by the company.

Communication and distance problem.Its Location is far from city.Growth is not so definite as per the performance and talent.
