To work more than working hours. At times it's fine. But mostly exist time is 1-2 hours late.

The job security is there and there is no layoff for employees. Safety procedure followed with utmost care. Daily oxymeter check and temperature check done for all employees with sanitisers kept in all places. Neat and tidy maintenance with regular sanitisation for the whole campus. COVID test taken in regular interval for all employees as per the government norms.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike... Perfect beyond expectations and a homely atmosphere to work around...

Worked as Student Counselor taking care of special needs children by improving academic & behaviour requirements. Working on IEPs and MSPs for the students. Regular teachers and parents feedbacks to be taken. Workshops for students, teachers & parents.

School is good.environment is not good enough.

Behaviour of principal of podar dhule.i just come to know that he removed any teachers within 2 years.those teachers deny to teach his special child he removed that teachers.but no even dare to utter any word against his injustice.everyone wants to secure their jobs.
