There is a lot of scope for one's growth as the group is liberal in handling of employees. You can engage yourself in private coaching after school hours. Promotion is likely if you are interested provided ready for transfer.

Dislikes

Heads are very diplomatic as they themselves feel unsecured. They don't value their employees as theirs is the brand.
