Good for time being motivating ourselves would difficult to manage if lockdown further increased we have electricity issues, not getting IT support Network issue so on ,do required for battle for everything Once locked down open there would Imact on job because it would have Imact on everywhere there would be job cut no one going to reward you that you supported lockdown period even though there were several issues you battled for.....Read More

The fact that higher management (for IT) as well as the managers were super warm and welcoming speaks volumes about the people's skill of everyone who works there. Almost everyone is ready to help you out for everything.

Dislikes

In context to my experience, the HR in the intermediary levels (managerial) were clueless about a lot of things. They had a habit of blaming instead of solving the problem. And if for once you point out THEIR mistakes to them they either get super rude or downplay their inefficiency in the name of "workload". They are themselves unaware of the company policies, salary/stipend breakdowns. The HR department and the team I worked with (IT) were 2 sides of the same coin, the difference of heaven and hell. Another thing is the internal politics, but I suppose it's the same in almost every corporate work structure and because it did not affect me or my work personally I wouldn't like to comment on assumptions rather my observations....Read More
