Job security very lass in Kolkata zone. Because today Kolkata head is not good for company and as down line employees also. I am bad experience in 16 months in my PMLI CAREER. This time training is not good.career growth old, not bad. Politics very high after September 2016 due to Kolkata RH. Before September 2016 is nice work place in PMLI. Learning is very nice. Work environment is very good Branch Manager & Sales Manager label. Salary high but appraisal depending KOLKATA RH hands not HR. Today I am filling Kolkata work culture is bad due to Regional Head. He is bad for company as well employees. He do not required any good employees lest 18 months. No body work with this person.
