PHFL is subsidiary of PNB Housing but there is totally different from PNB Housing's facilities . If you are going to join there please ensured on Paper it what mentioned there PHFL or PNB HOUSING FINANCE LTD. If PNB Housing then Good if PHFL the avoid to Join , PNB HOUSING staffS are also not giving value of PHFL's employees. And PnB Housing employee get bonus but PHFL not get yearly bonus only 1 salary , In Diwali gift PNB HOUSING emp get 3000 worth coupon of Amazon but PHFL get 1000 , PNB housing get 5lcas medicalaim but PHFL get 2 lacs Mediclaim in mediclaim PNB Housing can reimburse day care like doctor consult fee and checkup charge but PHFL emp has to admit for 24 hours atleast then they can get reimbursement.
