It's a central government scheme.the aim of the scheme is to provide job to the youth after providing training which is given pmkvy center.I worked as trainer over 2 years.I trained more than 500 students.This scheme is benefited to only pmkvy center owner not for trainer

The project is for very good reason but it doesn't workout for Indians. Example, the certificate is actually worthless or u heat the least job with it. The knowledge u get from it is least skills. So it's point less. Or it's useful for people who don't know a bit about skills.

Dislikes

It's not going as per the government plan. Salaries are way to less. As the Training partner don't give salasires much for trainers adlnd government doesn't have salary plans for trainers.

I like teaching so it's just going on. Salary is very less. I couldn't manage minimum monthly expenses in home. We are 3 people in home.

I do not have any such words about PMKVY. I would just like to say that PMKVY is a very good scheme and a lot has been learned by working in it. But there are some things which I did not like, like salary issue.

There is no job secuity infact you can be fired at any time instead of appreciation of your work. Not getting salary on time(even getting half salary after 6-7 months). Terrible experience.

When we talk about NSDC it is good but there TP Training partners are totally froud people.

Dislikes

No direct connection of employees to NSDC they completely depend on there training partners. Where they have lack of professionalism and they are not behaving with there employees.

I got a chance to grow up my self in this field and got a chance to share my experience with the students. So may of my students got inspired through my experience I always got a change to encourage each and every student.

Dislikes

Yes, as we work in any of the companies we need to be a professional which I have not been experience in PMKVY e.g scheduling exams they dont have any perfect and conform date and time they always conform in the 11th hr which is not acceptable. As the government investing a lots we have to value for that . So form the top level need to maintain all those.
