#No work culture #No Defined HR Policies. #No appraisal or Increment policy. Jab bhi Increment ki baat karo to ek simple answer senior official se aapko milega.... Hamari organization ke pass funds nahi hai. #No fix working hours..... As an Implementation executives you have to work at least 16 hrs as per our mangers and heads....... . Unke according aap private organization mein kaam karate hain jahan koi fix time nahi hota hai.....
