#No work culture #No Defined HR Policies. #No appraisal or Increment policy. Jab bhi Increment ki baat karo to ek simple answer senior official se aapko milega.... Hamari organization ke pass funds nahi hai. #No fix working hours..... As an Implementation executives you have to work at least 16 hrs as per our mangers and heads........ Unke according aap private organization mein kaam karate hain jahan koi fix time nahi hota hai..... God knows ki hamare managers and seniors kaun sa management ki padhai kiye hain jahan fix time nahi bataya Gaya hai. # They believe in Fake promises. # Agar baat salary, expense ya increment ki hogi to aapke managers aur heads kabhi bhi aapka support nahi karenge....... 4rth Class Company with no moral values no employee engagement programe. Everyone Sr or Jr are beating the bish around. Management are of worst class ever seen in any company No employee can praise to any management.
