I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The culture is good. Few ppl were there to help when needed. Tech stack is good golang and python. You might learn a lot but it depends on manager. You need to keep asking for good work and projects.

Dislikes

The team might seems to be nice but beware they might play political games with you. People will try to blame you even if it's not your fault. As it's remote many a time team mates are not listening or ready to listen. Appraisal are just like peanut and promotion is difficult here. Work is not getting praised here. If You have a capability then Plivo is the place to be... I have worked at Support where i didn't like the culture but apart from that rest of the Team like telephony Engg. all are amazing.CEO of the company is always there if you have New Ideas. If I am able to masters any programming language i would like to join PLIVO again.
