micro management; no clear objectives defined; you make something and it'll always need 2/3 changes at the end; tech team is treated like way too inferior to the sales staff; the TL doesnt like to share any access and we have to wait for his reviews a lot

If you are hard working and ambitious about your career, then you will have a steep growth path here. I have seen many senior managers and ADs who joined the company as a BDA and have grown aggressively. I learnt a lot in the company after wasting 4 years in engineering. It has prepared me for life in sales. I was lucky to get Shubham Sir as my Sr Manager and life is great under him. But some managers arent that good. Dinner is not that good, though it is free. HR is weak If you want to chill then this ain't the place for you.

Over here you will be selected and after joining they will do a screening round after they will fire you they will give you every possible abusive word and make a fun out of it in front of every employee you will be humiliated at the end when you start working here .

Everything if there is negative marking i want to give that very toxic environment very poor management nothing is proper in the organisation salary cuts are regular , moth***k is very common word for employees.

It was very dissapointing experience working at Planet Spark. When I joined the company they said that you have to work on day shift but after some days they said you have to work on night shift. Management is very poor and is not helpful for anyone.
