Firstly hr will contact you and u will have to attend a gmeet interview with a random teacher. After that training starts. 4 days after u will have to give 2 mock tests. If u clear it u will be Onboarded. In first time and all u will be so satisfied with work. But real game starts after 1 week. I hardly got any demo. Most of demo requests that comes through LMS are fake. U will have to call parent and book the slot for demo. They will get angry at u because so many people call them for the same. We can't cancel more than 3 demo requests. If u do so acct will be suspended. Guys if u want to go for teaching please dont work here.. It's a perfect sales job. They just want to expand their company name and they hire about 400 candidates for this in the name of teaching. If u use ur personal number to call parents then it will be too worse. I wasted about 6 months on this. U will have an account manager who will not even read msgs or pick calls. And the course fee they say for students is about 90k and no middle class family can agree to this.. By this our hardwork goes in vain.. With this 6 months I could have done any course.. Dont join this company.They select u as so called teachers.After ur onboaref they give u this LMS on which random ph numbers are given. You have to make calls and convince the those people to join demo class.They don't show up and ur left twiddling thumbs.they pay 200 rs for demo Most of the leads are false.if u manage to convert than as and when it suits them they take away those classes from u.some other teacher gets ur hard work Ur doing sales job not a teaching job....Read More

The environment for every individual is same and convenient. One can have options for part time and full time as well . Management is very well done in all the fields . Satisfactory enough !!

One thing that I dislike about this company is that there is less interaction between management and other teachers . Although we have community meetings time to time but no personal interaction.

It's great! I would say Planetspark is the best thing that happened to me during the tough COVID period . My learning , earning , livelihood and family is so grateful for being attached to Planetspark personally and professionally .

1.What i dislike is the uncertainty of timings...24 hrs ur laptop is on ..n at the back of ur mind u r always working unknowingly....u tk demo , u r telemarketing then u r filling the form ..basically the stress is on the teacher as we r the face of the company n sitting 2 or 3 hrs continuously on the laptop taking classes is exhaustive coz u r just talking the whole time ..after that u dont feel like talking to anybody at home..but the money with which we r compensated is quite less...work satisfaction comes when u get money equal to hardwork.. 2. Ur material on plantspark platform is not upto the mark Forget abt study material,demo for senior is total useless.. When u tk demo for 13 years old n asking questions like apple orange ,i feel embarassed...i complained abt it a lot of times but no response.remember kids are very smart now a days..plz update ur old material... 3.if i get any problem theres noone to pick ur phone n solve..last 4 months nobody is picking ph n nobody is responding on mail.. There r n no. Of things which i can write but its of no use....Read More
