Staff is very good and also our boss is very kind and helpful. As I am fresher at that time so according to that salary structure is also gud. I have learnt a lot from their.

Dislikes

The only thing which I dislike is sudden change in rules and regulations without informing to staff.

Work is good, one can improve their knowledge and comm. Skills. Also it helps in building confidence.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
