The company and the founder, Akshay shah is Fraud, unprofessional, no etiquettes to behave with employee. No official joining formalities, no proper information about the company and services provided. You are supposed to connect with clients without official email id or product information. You are expected to give every single minute report of your work to the founder and if you lack even 10 minutes from 9hrs, you will be marked as absent/LOP. You will not get salary. I was forced to quit from senior position on 2nd of joining as they suddenly realised to hire intern to save money. Also, I kept on asking my queries and about joining formalities due to which I was forced to quit. Kindly refrain from joining this company at any cost....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
