It readily adopts latest technology. My colleagues came from various backgrounds. We worked happily and collaboratively. It has a good culture to work. Sri Lanka program had a problem due to local people worked their. As a global organisation it is very good.

Dislikes

I had a diversity policy. It has a whistle blowing policy but does not work well. Country Director can dominate the program.

Work Details

It was my first assignment as a senior manager and the 1st HRM at Plan Sri Lanka. Job was challenging. But I learned a lot and had the opportunity to develop myself within the organisation. Good place to work.
