Really such a useless company, I have given the time resign and left the job with everything properly, still they have hold my salary for 1 month 10 days. I am facing some problem in my life but It does not make any difference to the central Delhi office.

No separate portal to view attanedance and pending leaves, HR interaction with employee is very much low , Hr department and company location gap are huge

I'm working in YES BANK on third party payroll of PLADA INFOTECH PVT LTD. i have completed 1.5year in Plada but still didn't get my id card. Apart from this i don't know about increment and appraisal. Whenever I ask to HR about increment they said talk to your manager. And when I ask to my MANAGER about increment. He said talk to HR LOL..

There is Nothing to praise good in this third party payroll company. I was in this company for Yes Bank Credit card department.

Dislikes

Management is Partial, discriminative and rude towards the employees. And the reason for that is upper management is on a direct payroll of the Yes Bank. Work culture is also too toxic and full of pressure.
