Everyone in the company is very approachable. Company as a whole stands with you in case of any personal emergency both financially and otherwise. Additionally, work life balance is amazing and it's two days of physical work out of 5 day work schedule

Dislikes

Some senior people have huge ego issues which is sometimes very annoying.

1. There is no learning culture. 2. No one helps you, you are supposed to be the best. 3. Somehow you are supposed to learn everything without any guidance 4. Your efforts are not appreciated at all. 5. Pretty much a toxic environment where there is hardly any room for learning.

I have been engaged by the company to create and establish a business division in the domain of procurement . Although the organisation was not having any significant resources in this domain but with open arms support from the top management of the organisation I am very positive that in coming days this company will have its own market share in this domain .
