Unfortunately, there is a little to like working at this firm.

1. There is no learning culture. 2. No one helps you, you are supposed to be the best. 3. Somehow you are supposed to learn everything without any guidance 4. Your efforts are not appreciated at all. 5. Pretty much a toxic environment where there is hardly any room for learning.

There is no fixed pattern or hours. Uou are made to work day and night, on weekends too.

It's a people organization but depends a lot on your team. BES is the best team to work for. Team member are really cordial and helpful.
