They will give very good hike while joining the company also very good position. But after that your position doesn’t matter your work will never be defined you have to work in any spectrum as per the demand of management.

Dislikes

No professionalism, No work life balance. No annual increment if you’re lucky then might you get 3-8% hikes. There is zero good leaders in company if there is any good leaders join the company they leave as soon as possible because of low job security and bad culture. All the VP and AVP has ego problems, they will hold you accountable if you didn’t share it with them, which don’t even concern that department.
