Not Good work environment and culture . Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent. Unethical work done here, when i was against unethical work , Hr Indirectly tatgated me and force to be resigning. Trasfer me my home Location to another another states, Mumbai to madhyapradesh, when i was not accepted transfer, All seniors force me put rasignation (like Hr, ZHR, HR manager , NSM, HR head) company culture not good i will suggest no body join Piramal company....Read More

Good to work in Piramal if it is equal or above manager level. Everything you do is transparent and visible at HO level.

Job security depends on the manager, but the company is not a hire and fire model. Salary for Ground level employees is not upto the mark.

3 days work from office and 2 days work from home is a good part at Piramal. No issues on office timing due to flexible working hours.

The company culture is changing and compared to earlier it is not preferable. Work life balance is there but job security is a concern due to change in management.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely

Regular lala company, you can come here only if you're not getting any other job. It's an NBFC and the leadership is very poor. They try to hire talents from good colleges but they themselves aren't motivated to do anything significant. Nobody cares about the brand, you'll stop getting calls from Tier1 places if you step here. In all honesty, avoid.

my boss was piece of cr*p, bully and never praised me for my contribution, I feel really bad I put up with his treatment for my time I spent here.
