I was a batch Gandhi fellow 2018-20 and was were working under Niti Aayog's Aspirational District Transformation Program. Unlike the PLDP program where fellows were responsible for improving the education of just 5 govt. school, in ADTP fellows, were responsible for the improvement of the education indicators of all the govt. schools of the blocks. So while working with the 313 govt. schools of the block I developed great stakeholder management, time management, planning and denominator thinking skills. Coming to the work culture people here are very encouraging, friendly, and respectful. Monthly Learning curriculums, boot camps after every semester (6 months), vipassana, learning journey, and community immersions are some of the processes during the fellowship which has developed me a lot socially, emotionally, and professionally....Read More
