Have been working with piramal from many years. It is unfortunate to say that.. Company didnt stand up to mark in this pandemic.. Here is a list of Flaws during this pandemic. 1- company didnt provide cab service during initial days of lock down. It was very difficult for employees to come to work by their own vehicles during lockdown facing the corps & ther lathi beats. Later they provided after 20 days of lockdown 2- Company took more than a month to provide COVID-19 work ID cards which would have saved the employees from police 3- This year's increment was denied by the company to all employees 4- No special incentives are given for working extra hours during pandemic. 5- Company took more than two months to provide mask & sanitizers which was ridiculous by any organisation. 6- Company is not paying the salary properly from october. October they paid half salary after delay of 10+ days & Novemebr salary is not yet credited & the authorities said it will be delayed atleast for a week.. Concluding - It was really bad how piramal treated employees during this pandemic.. Very upset with hoe they are handling it now.....Read More

I most like piramal Foundation's work culture. It gives freedom to take initiative , it always welcome to new Idea and problem solving techniques. Here everyone respect each other, sir or madam like words are prohibited here, everyone can call anyone with thier name.
Promotion style. I think a better person should always to be go ahead but according to my experience some of people is not being promoted while they deserve.

The best thing about working in this organisation is that you get to explore things on your own. Nobody's imposing their ideas on you and you get hands-on experience about work culture and skill sets you need to build.
Even though it's a CSR initiative, the work culture here is purely corporate. If you haven't planned out the roadmap for yourself, you are going to have problems while seeking assistance
