For those who are ambitious Piramal foundation is not the place for you. Those looking for Job security, I think you must try here. Skills cannot be improved instead your existing skills will not be used either. Compensation wise it is not good at all. Too much internal politics, although it is invisible yet you can feel it in appraisals.
