Literally while working they want employees to work like a machine, work is too strict that they don't give time to even have lunch peacefully. Work life balance is terrible, no 9 to 5 job, work timing is hilarious, as they want an employee to work for 12 hours non-stop, without any recreation. HR team must seriously look into this issue, there should also be a complaint redressal team to which employee can easily discuss their problems....Read More
