This organisation which projects itself to be driven by people and its values has backfired more than 300 of its dedicated employees. They claim Covid 19 created shortages in Fund to upkeep the staff. But it was purely driven by mismanagement of their spending and budget allocations. Piramal Board cannot stake livelihoods of the very employees who have been working relentlessly to ensure the reach and impact of their social commitments. Double standard attitude of people.. No processes for disbursement of travel expenses. No medical cover for family of employees.

During the COVID-19 lockdown situation ,PFEL is supporting for my career growth and gave me a scope to work from home and also given job security and i am fully satisfaction on work culture .
Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

During covid 19 I didn't get the chance to negotiate my job in terms of salary deduction 50% pay etc. Nothing else overall this is the best organisation to work.
