No proper vision for the organization..They keep on changing the strategies..Top management don't recognise the efforts of the employees at low or mid level..No proper appraisals..so totally worst management

Best working environment,friendly and open management. Transparency in process.excilent work life balance. Excellent support for employees and fellows. I m ex employee but they offered me support for my Kideney Transplant even I am not working there now.i am lucky that i have worked there.
