No work life balance They will treat you like slave During interview they will tell that you'll have comp off, but you have to work 24*7 On Government holidays they'll ask you to work from home and get update 1 hr once. Office timing more than 10 hours Fully partiality and politics Managers will use unwanted words to female employees also. No promotion. No appreciation..

One thing I learned from working in HDBFS Ltd. Whatever work I did in the banking sector, it was in sales, how to sell the soil. No one can be a better sales man than a banker.

WORKING HOURS IS MORE THAN 10HOURS IN A DAY. SUNDAYS ARE NOT HOLIDAY NOT EVEN OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS. WE ARE FROM SALES DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE PRESSURIZED TO VISIT COUSTOMER HOME FOR COLLECTION

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
