No support from mangement. They releave staff even in lockdown. They asking same collection target in lockdown time.

No support to even manager post in this company. HR policy also not support to BRM level staff. Over all sales staff take all the decisions. No support for collection. Over all very painful experience with this company.

Nothing as I have worked with DHFL group company since 2011 to 2019 and last approx. 8 month I was on medical leave / LWP as I was met with 4 attack and was in ICU and the same time I lost my baby and during this period company management forced to put my resignation without giving notice period and further the initiated recovery of 91000 INR and not giving my reliving letter.
