With respect to Project Finance unit, the culture is pretty open, and people are ready to share their views or clear doubts...the initial package that an employee gets before getting into the company is good , there after , stagnation might not be uncommon..people get Bangkok trips inJune July every year, and picnics are organised too every 2nd year.
