The purchase department of Pidilite has the history of employees who went on committing fraud and looted Pidilite of more than 25 crores. That's the kind of system Pidilite has. The employees were looting Pidilite and the management couldn't track it for more than 5 years! Their system are too old to be improved because it is being run by bunch of oldies who doesn't have any idea what needs to be done. Also, the work culture has become really sick because most of the management is from Asian Paints (that we know how crappy is). People have joined and have gotten fed up within 2 weeks of joining just because of the work culture. The HRBP is there but she is good for nothing. She won't ever help you in any way and will talk whatever the CPO and VP asks her to say. Please don't join the organisation just because you thought that the recruitment process is so simple. They are now desperate as people have left and will try to lure you with lot of fake promises. This would feel good for short term but it will definitely be a wrong call for the long run.
