Company with proven financial performance and strong market presence. Best for the people who has no real ambitions or are not that aggregated for their career and just wanna spend time and clock 8 and hours and go home.

1. Company at-least 5 to 10 years behind leading companies in automation. 2. Promotions are based on favouritism rather than actual performance. People with no output will be promoted just because they are in someone’s favourite list and people who take credit of others. 3. Company with history of paying variable payout of your salary component - ~65 to 70% of that variable component 4. Company will delay increment letters and release after a considerable amount of time say 3 to 4 months across different functions. My guess is this is being followed to retain employees since any employee leaving organisation would need increment letter and that way they hold employee and window of opportunity for employees is lost since in india major openings will be seen between Apr to Jul. 5. Notice period increased from 2 to 3 months. 6. Lack of leadership quality in most of the leads that work in finance function. 7. Most of the people that work in the company work on a reactive approach and doest’t seem really wanna make a difference. They are just killing the time. 8. Decision making is very slow. You will keep on making notes but action won’t take place. Pidilite industries is like a inefficient government department. I can't speak for other departments but I can certainly speak for corporate social responsibility department (CSR). This department head has no knowledge or experience of social work and strive to make chairman happy. CSR head like all the yes men around him and don't value any honest, intelligent and hard working people. If you are someone who believe in making boss happy in every terms and don't want to work and good at just talking pidilite CSR department is the best. You will get everything from CSR head. Also pidilite transfer useless or pathetic staff of its other departments to CSR. Moreover they don't fire anyone but make things so difficult for that person that he/she leaves in disguise. CSR head fools chairman every day because chairman belive in democratic structure and don't talk to anyone else hence he never get right information about what is happening in CSR....Read More

Pidilite is a horrible company. No caring about Employee. Lot of Employees Given resign in the whole company but company have no shame. Mediclaim and leave policy is the worst. For picnic they charge from Employee. Do not join this company otherwise you will regret.

Pidilite is the Most Horrible Company. Here people at age of 40 become TSIs(Territory Sales Incharge). HR minds are sucks....After getting select in Pidilite no one can get chance in other companies easily. Underated Management Team.

Not much to like about the company in general. Just job security and that this company is stable in terms of finances and market position.

There is an extreme bootlicker culture, only those who are Yes Sir types are preferred by the management irrespective if they are right or not. Multiple organizational changes, high attrition, careless HR, no talent management, incorrect hiring on higher positions and preference of having weak leaders.
