It was my first Job Assignment. I worked for 1.6 years. My aim was to work for long term (i.e. at least after taking 1-2 promotion and hike). Unfortunately, due to my family problem. I choose to resign at a sudden stage. But, I would say in this 1.6 years duration my skills got developed. And, it my job task included travel at any point of time. Sue to which, my confident it grown up. And, here my job task was independent. So, this was one great thing. My boss, Ms. Pooja Bansal , She is one of the best Boss, i have ever found in my life. I was a Management Trainee in HR Department, more specifically in OD dept. I was taking care for the training & development department for both behavior and technical for all manpower from Junior Management to Top Management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
