Get to learn many things as not that much large team. Internal politics is there same as other organizations but overall you feel you are learning.

Dislikes

Company is completely driven by HR. So don't know when and who can ask to leave the organization. Policies gets changed within a day. Never get a WFH.

Being in an OEM, immense opportunity to learn., Implement ideas and understand actual problems with various stake holders., (CMIE, IFC, PURCHASE, MANUFACTURING finally my field DESIGN)

Dislikes

As it's private sector., There is nothing to dislike., It's all about competition and how we succeed to sell our products in the volatile market.

Work Details

My work briefly defines about BIW TRIM design and release of design adhering to Piaggio standards and ensuring it meets all Homologation standards and structural demands as our vehicle RWUP (Real world usage pattern) is very abusive.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
