1) NO JOB SECURITY: I got a call from the CEO saying you need to resign for a very foolish reason saying we don't have any projects to work on now. 2) No Appreciation: I worked for over 4 years in this company & I never got an appreciation for my work. Nothing. Arrogant MD and Incapable Managers. They want you to be a servant of a foreign based arrogant client who doesn't welcome your suggestions and feedback. There are some managers who have never worked in any other organisations apart from this. So they do not have experience in team management. For every small problem these managers may put the blame on any team member and they will showcase it as a huge mistake to the MD. These managers will never appreciate or highlight your good work to the MD. The MD blindly trust these managers and never considers other team members view or side.
