Not my issue. We can be more transparent in fees structure to parents. Along with admission form they can be given print outs of when to pay the fees so there is no issue of batch access leading to high commitment to students and parents

Not Effective working culture at my Pathshala Centre

Here No respect of faculty by marketing team and RH and CH and RM. They forced faculty to do work rather than him bandwidth and no satisfactory response growth, Appraisal and other information. Misguiding students and faculty. Please humble request to you look into this matter. As students are future of this country.

Company and leaders are good as performing well will lead you towards growth and new opportunities, also if you're going for counselling profile you have a high earning chances based on your incentive criteria.

Dislikes

The most thing I personally dislike in PW is work life balance, in season from December to July you'll have to extend for more 2 hrs it means total 10-11 hrs... Also there's a lots of politics internally due to Byjus members dictatorship.

Heavy politics in the work environment. Bad practices going on . Collecting extra amount in name of Dummy schools. School takes 40k-50k maximum. PW asks for more money than that. That directly goes to the pocket of higher officials like Business head and the SWS team. The admin thinks he is next Alakh Pandey. Worst environment to work. The Business head shows a monopoly. They distribute designations like toffee. There is no value of such designations. People get double/triple/quadruple skip level promotions. Double digit increments happen only to people who are either relatives or reffered by senior leadership. No value for hard working intelligent employees. Need a type of people in senior leadership who build the strategies, rather focus on saving cost by cutting the variables and salary increments....Read More

If you have any approach on higher level then your job is safe otherwise you will fire at once not following the labour laws only one month salary they give you if you fired

When there was a smaller number of employees, it went great. Poor hiring practices by HR and absolutely abhorrent personal behaviour have ruined this company.

Office politics will eat this company up. Nepotism babies have no idea how to operate and higher ups never focus on ground reality of employee conditions.
