Should I leave my comfort ?
Hello All,
I am working at IT service company paying 33 lpa for 14 YOE and it is wfh job. Sometimes I have to work long hours and sometimes on weekends but have to do WFH. I recently got offer of 45 lpa from a Product company and it will involve 1 HR daily travel one side and almost no WFH.
Should I take that Opportunity or wait for another similar offer which will have WFH benifits ? I am a father of 2 kids and Financially stable.

obviously go for the higher salary plus u would be getting good working environment and u will be able to look after ur family as well. Are looking for some other benefits from the company ?

I suggest you that if career growth is a priority for you then consider the new offer and if family time and flexibility are more important so stay with your current job

You are father of Two I say Work-life balance is important & father figure should be present in your kids life to look upto. If you can arrive at your place at 6-7pm then cool anytime after that it's just a bot life have dinner & then go to sleep for Tom. morning

Why don't you ask your current company to match or increase your paycheck just try once
