Worst place to work, nothing was best in Physicswallah. u will get to learn through linkedIn learning platform. Sit at home don’t join Physicswallah for the work get finished and settle there business in new cities and states they will hire peoples and after that when the business get settled they will throw you out like a straw.

No job security, as a edtech company students are like anything for them and if you caught any mistakes or any serious issue happend due to students they are not going to take any single kind of action and they will blame you infront of students. When i joined Physics wallah. Then my salary in hand was 9999 per month, and after increase my salary become 10410 rupees. Only rs 410 per month increased. my room rent 3000 bike petrol 1500 food 3000 and extra expenses 1500-2000. 1 Month sellery free. its only costs one man.

i had joined Physics wallah with a lot of hope. But now the hopes seem to be dashing. poor many employees came here leaving other jobs. But within one year, they removed 100-150 employees from here without any reason. Due to which the other employees also started scared. Some employees also crying. at the time when the employees were being fired, as the name kept coming, the fear was increasing. The prospect of leaving the job was increasing. That moment was very traumatic, because of this the rest of the employees who solved all the problems that came their way and worked very hard to make this company stand up. Got them out. Due to this, the rest of the employees also lost their trust in the company. Now he is living working in this fair. That in a few days we will also be removed from here. And still this series is going on, now the employees are not able to work honestly with that passion as they used to do before. he is just doing his job. He is worried about his job and his family . For some employees, this job is the only means of living. The environment depends on how you treat your colleagues. The company being new, it has most of the employees in their youth age. So, they behave on the basis of emotions. If you can vibe with them then you are good to go.

Dislikes

It has too much of nepotism. First of all most of the employees who are hired locally are through reference. And those who get hired through central HR are gonna face nepotism even if that person is the best of them. And since employees get hired on the basis of reference, so you can't expect them to have proper understanding and knowledgeable of their KRA. They are there and will be there even if they are not worthy. I was hired through central HR and I was one of the best employee. So, got appointed as SPOC in the department within the 1st month of joining even though I was in the probation period. When the company stopped hiring and started firing because they hired too much. I was first on the list cause I was not hired through regional HRs and I didn't had any reference to protect me. All other employees who had their reference got protected even some of them who were on the list first got themselves saved through some different references....Read More

Terrible work life balance as pw force us to work for 12 hours. No transparent culture regarding salary appraisal. Local centre management are completely bist toward their favourite no clarity with hrbp the whole experience with pw is worst for me. I didn't expected this from such organisation
