Manager here is not at all supportive. They do not manage but only gives stress like a time bomb and keeps giving threat to over work or else will fire. They hire freshers and fires them later telling your salary is too high so no appraisal

When there was a smaller number of employees, it went great. Poor hiring practices by HR and absolutely abhorrent personal behaviour have ruined this company.

To arrange your own interview, you need to take follow up of them and after interview chirag will not even answer your call and he is not having manners to inform the candidate about selection or rejection atleast.
