When there was a smaller number of employees, it went great. Poor hiring practices by HR and absolutely abhorrent personal behaviour have ruined this company.

Dislikes

Office politics will eat this company up. Nepotism babies have no idea how to operate and higher ups never focus on ground reality of employee conditions.

After the interference of Byju's people everything sucks.

Earlier it was good, but all of sudden they started hiring people from Byju's(India knows what kind of people work in Byju's) without having a proper experience people will become director and AGM, Byju's people ruined whole PW work culture. If someone put there pointers then these duffer just fired those set of people under the umbrella of laid off just try to satisfy there ego. Hr is working for those idiots not for PW, because these people only hired there favourite people. Just like Byju's, sooner PW will be also a part of sinking ship just like Byju's. The 5 star rating which we are able to see here is just a scam of PW they forced there employees to write a review on ambition box within few days of joining....Read More
