Academic Mentor(WFH)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students through one-on-one mentoring sessions.
  
• Develop customized study plans for students based on their needs and goals.
  
• Conduct regular progress checks to track student performance and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective learning outcomes.
  
• Utilize technology (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to deliver virtual classes remotely.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in academics or tutoring industry.
  
• Strong technical skills in using digital platforms for remote learning.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
