Key Responsibilities

• Monitor academic progress and provide tailored feedback.
• Lead workshops on academic skills and resources.
• Collaborate with staff to support at-risk students.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelors degree in Education or a related field, mentoring experience, and strong communication skills.
• Preferred: Masters degree and experience in academic advising.
