Position: Sr. Program Manager Online Business Growth

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive business growth initiatives for our online business, with a key focus in driving a business of 200 cr+ annual revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business growth strategies that drive revenue growth and improve market share.

2. Program Management: Design, plan, and execute complex programs that drive business growth, including process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational change management.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with business objectives.

4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate program plans, progress, and results to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective stakeholder management and buy-in.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and metrics to inform program decisions, measure program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.

6. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

7. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent would be preferred.

2. Experience: 6+ years of experience in program management, preferably in an online business in edtech industry with a focus on driving business growth initiatives.

3. Skills:

- Excellent program management, leadership, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with program management tools, CRM platforms & Data analytics.

- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
