Everything was good until the people from OYO stepped in. Aahhh man!! They seriously don’t deserve to be in PW.

Lot of politics, hell lot of favouritism at Centre level. Nepotism and reference works a lot here. A Head in PW who is from OYO will hire another person from OYO only. I don’t know how OYO and an Edtech ke related. Company used to be good at the beginning, but the heads sitting at branch level will do so much of favouritism and theywill do anything to keep their referred ones job safe. Irony of the company is that a person from OYO who knows nothing is Business head at PW. Seriously Man!! Mr. Alakh pandey did nothing wrong but the management team made the company culture really toxic....Read More
