I have worked with cluster manager sugumar team, he is just like a tharkuri fellow, who don't have a knowledge about team handling and skills upgrading.. He is reporting to regional manager Karthik, He is a clown fellow, who is perfect fit for handling tharkuri.. He is just like he know everything, others are just idiots mindset..Only team handling thing is just taking drinks on daily evenings at bar.. rating every bar regularly..😅 There is another Jaldra boy in this clown team, His name is Naveen.. he is such echa behavior in that entire office..😁 Totally chennai team entirely worst..❌ Don't join there.....Read More

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. I will never forget that I once worked in a company that took away my sleep at night and my peace of mind during the day. There is nothing special in working for phonepe, they are terrible to work for ik it's depends on the region you are working for the the senior of phonepe will be the reason for downfall of phonepe in future

I hate how they just constantly force you to stall in feild even after working hours, my manger litterly shouted on a college for less performance and tell them to stay in feild till 10pm
