Good scale of the product so you get an idea of the scale. Good tech stack and smart colleagues.

Dislikes

Lot of Politics in office so have to fight to get good work. Lot of tech stack is already built so less opportunities to get new work. Architects are few and hard to get hold off.

Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

6 day working Not enough paid for work A lot of calls and Pressure of calls No fix holiday When u take holiday in sick leave or something else reason They will use your comboff ( public holidays) or weekoff which you get in week of one day that they will she They don't allow to take UL leave or casual leave Political culture are more No travel allowance or no facility

There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

Dislikes

The hr didn't care to connect with employees and try to get feedback of all the working conditions. The environment is really toxic there is no job security in this organisation. There always a blame game

I don't like hr culture of phonepe they don't support or ethics team also can't support, Phonepe is a good company in metro city like Delhi-NCR and others but in Uttar Pradesh their manager do discrimination to employees for their religion, Hindu- Muslim, Caste Related Upper And Lower

(only sales perspective) Work in sales(acquisitions) gets tougher by the day, multiples companies offering the same service for free, and competition have products while PhonePe does Work becomes becomes mundane and redundant, there are opportunities to get promoted in the company but takes time and limited positions.

By status purposes. I can say to my friends and family I'm working in a PhonPe. Company Providing a good quality lunch.

Dislikes

Company culture is very poor. Managers are shouting their teams on floor like road side shop owners. Appreciation and recognition events are very rare in non sales core teams. Not felt working in a corporate company.
