There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

The hr didn't care to connect with employees and try to get feedback of all the working conditions. The environment is really toxic there is no job security in this organisation. There always a blame game

I have worked with cluster manager sugumar team, he is just like a tharkuri fellow, who don't have a knowledge about team handling and skills upgrading.. He is reporting to regional manager Karthik, He is a clown fellow, who is perfect fit for handling tharkuri.. Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. I will never forget that I once worked in a company that took away my sleep at night and my peace of mind during the day.
