Likes

Office politics and old employees guides the career of a new employee. Redundant work is handed over to new employees so that old employees can take up better roles, even those who are at same level.. Business Finance team hierarchy is also not definited. AMs report to AMs so on .

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No job satisfaction, data is broken. Work direction are not proper, turn around time is minimum but judgement based on that work is super critical. Worthless work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
